10 Christmas Chocolate Dessert for Healthy Life Enthusiasts

When the temperature drops to 30 degrees, the sun is shining and the sea is sparkling, well then it is good to live. You want to treat yourself to something good and celebrate. Celebrate what? Well, whatever! Celebrate being here and now. When you are in the holiday mood, it is easily happened that it slows down more junk food than you imagined and it, as you know, has boring consequences for the most part. But there are ways to get around it! Try this dessert, with plenty of dark chocolate and fine, Spanish brandy. Believe it or not, it gives you around 10% protein and lots of antioxidants, fiber, vitamins and minerals and omega fatty acids that make you feel good.

It’s easy to do! Mix all ingredients in a bowl and mix with mixer rod. You regulate the consistency with the amount of water you mix in. The mousse absorbs liquid when it is resting, so before serving you may need to mix in a little more water to get the creamy texture that you will have.

Ingredients for a kit suitable for 2 – 3 people:

200 g of well rinsed chickpeas on a can.
100 gr nuts or almonds.
3 tablespoons cocoa powder.
2 tbsp good Spanish brandy.
1.5 tablespoons of agave syrup (you can use sugar too, but the agave syrup is healthier and provides lower calorie supplements).
A splash of water, so much so that you get the texture you want.

Decorate with berries and fruits. You can also mix down chopped dark chocolate or chopped nuts.

Let rest in the fridge for a few hours before serving.
