There are only 8 apartments in the building, and the area is peaceful. Just by the entrance from the street is a shower, so you can easily avoid bringing the sand from the beach inside. With the apartment comes a private parking space in the gated yard behind the building.

In front of the building is the beautiful long beach walk that is lit at night. You can walk several kilometers, even reaching other villages. In the neighboring building is an excellent seafood restaurant, and all along the beach walk are several restaurants and bars. In the Cunit center, just a few minutes away, you can find all the amenities you need for your daily life, even a food market. The train station, 2 min by car or 10/15 min walking, has ample parking (for free). The train reaches Barcelona in 50 min, and the price is 7 €– 10 €.

The area is famous for its Roman heritage, culinary treasures, excellent wines and olive oil, the many events throughout the year of cultural interest, and the beautiful beaches. There are several excellent golf courses in the area, natural parks, and well-marked trails for hiking and biking. The coastal villages have sports harbors where you can rent a space to keep a boat or access centers for all kinds of water sports.
